Junior Data/Business Analyst

We’re looking for a passionate and curious Analyst to be a part of a fast-paced, data-driven department, and help us gain insights into our products.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, systemize and report business data
  • Work closely with the project team to find the best possible solution
  • Build data models, automated or per-request reports and dashboards according to best practices
  • Plan, conduct, and interpret the results of A/B tests in order to optimize existing product features and implement new ones

Qualification 

  • Strategic thinking and critical skills

  • BI tools (junior/mid)
  • SQL (junior/mid)
  • Google Analytics (junior/mid)

It would be a plus to have experience with:

Full Stack Developer (Junior / MID)

In this position you will be working on building and maintaining Web and CRM with 3rd party API solutions like Stripe, Nexmo, Sendgrid and 3CX.

Be ready to work in a startup environment and participate in building MVPs, help scaling product and solve complex technical issues using modern technologies.

Qualification 

  • PHP
  • OOP and Design Patterns, Clean Code
  • MySQL and optimization
  • RESTfull API
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React)
  • Git
  • Linux command line

B2B Customer success manager

We are seeking a performance-driven customer success manager (CSM)  who will support our B2B customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our product. As a CSM you will be focused on building and maintaining close long-term client relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer relationships
  • Proactive communication with customers
  • Cross-team collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Product
  • Overseeing customers onboarding process
  • Taking care of entire customer support process
  • Educating customers on our product
  • Focus on key metrics such as user retention
  • Monitoring customer happiness

Qualification

  • Previous experience of exceeding customer expectations and achieving KPIs
  • Knowledge of customer success initiatives and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence interfacing with all levels in an organization
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively with a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to be innovative and to formulate new ideas and processes
  • Good English skills
  • Knowledge of real estate industry will be an advantage
